Aligns business and technical processes and coordinates with the global Competency Center to ensure the maximum possible reuse and application of best practices obtained in other implementations. Has a strong knowledge of the Guidewire tool to be able to identify services that can be reused in different states and countries.
Recommends improvements to strategy, application usage, or process applying knowledge of the business processes in various functional areas. Incumbent has significant involvement in project design, business impact, and resolution of implementation issues. Process design and/or lead across broad, complex, tightly integrated business processes. Leads design reviews and business model matching sessions. Typically drives the application architecture and/or influences business process change.
6-8 years relevant systems integration experience, at least 2-4 of years specific Guidewire suite of products.
Technical experience in processes related to Policy Center, Claims Center and Billing Center of Guidewire.
Experience in Agile development methodologies (SCRUM) in Guidewire projects.
Knowledge using Jira and Clarity.
Excellent communication skills required.
Some travel as required for projects.
