�including our Direct To Consumer (DTC) app, as well as our storefronts on Delivery Service Providers (DSP) such as Deliveroo. Our primary focus of growth is DTC however we must not forget our DSP customers! You will be responsible for�
owning the relationship with our Delivery Service Provider (DSP) Account Managers.
�You will be the key point of contact with all things related to the DSP channel, and at the same time ensuring our customer experience is consistent across the Direct To Consumer (DTC) app as well. For example, you will lead on the launch and maintenance of storefronts on DSP, as well as drive conversion and revenue. You will�
use data and analytics
�to understand key themes and trends within a category and promotion periods. You will also use numerous metrics to analyse and understand how our customers behave and engage across different channels and relate this back to the category managers and buying team to inform assortment and ordering decisions. Duties & Responsibilities What you'll do as a Retail Analyst (Visual Merchandising): Responsible for building and owning the relationship with our external DSP account managers to ensure that our storefronts on DSPs are launched and maintained to a high standard, as well as drive conversion and revenue. You will be the primary link between Dija and DSPs! Responsible for ensuring all products are allocated the correct attributes /tags to enable customer to find products easily on our channels. As well as ensuring all our active products are LIVE across all channels. Working closely with the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager and other cross functional teams to ensure products are presented in the best possible way to maximise conversion and revenue across all channels feedback is provided to product teams to enhance / improve user experience e.g. functionality to be introduced on the DTC app content including banners and promotional images contain the right products (based on data e.g. best sellers) we have the right products and level of stock available including making sure smooth launch of new products on all all channels all business priorities are met, ensure that communication between the teams is regular and productive the successful delivery and execution of promotional activity e.g. selecting the bundles of products for category or particular campaign such as 'Back to School' Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required Soft Skills Strong cross functional internal and external stakeholder and relationship management Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail - 'Retail is detail' !
